Thank you for the well wishes, but it really is not that big of a deal. I mean, England doesn’t recognize it as a marriage, so like Sherlock said, it’s really more for legal purposes than anything else. But I think I will have fun going around, introducing him as my husband for the first year or so.  My almost-wife, hm? Sorry, afraid I’m about to be officially taken. And as for the anon who asked when Sherlock and I fell for each other… well, there wasn’t just one grand moment with music swelling all around us. It didn’t happen overnight. It progressed between us, I think, from the start. We were just too stubborn and oblivious to realize it until… we just did.  - JW
